Digital products

Everything sold on signeagency.com is a digital product: files you download immediately after purchase. There is nothing to ship and nothing to return.

All sales are final

Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final. Signe Agency does not offer refunds on digital products once the download has begun.

Your right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends as soon as the download begins, provided you have agreed to immediate access. At checkout you are asked to tick a box confirming that you agree to immediate access and understand you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts. Ticking that box is required to complete your order. If you do not agree, please do not complete the purchase.

Try before you buy

So you can judge the product before paying, one full session is available free. Run it against your own business and see exactly what you get. This is why refunds are not offered: you can test the work before you spend anything.

Problems with your download

If a file will not download, arrives corrupted, or is the wrong file, contact signe@signeagency.com and I will fix it or resend it. A technical delivery problem is different from a change of mind, and I will always make sure you receive what you paid for.

Before a chargeback

If you have a problem, email me first at signe@signeagency.com. I respond quickly and I would rather solve it directly than through your bank.
