Signe Agency provides maritime brand strategy, AI visibility consultancy, digital products, and a free AI visibility audit tool. The audit tool provides indicative scores based on publicly available signals and does not constitute a legal or technical guarantee.
Purchases and digital products
Signe Agency sells digital products through signeagency.com, delivered as files you download after payment. Prices are shown in euro and payment is processed securely by Stripe. You receive access to your files immediately after purchase.
Licence and use
When you buy a digital product, you may use it for your own business. You may not resell it, share it, redistribute it, or reproduce it for others. The content, structure, prompts, and methodology remain the property of Signe Agency.
Refunds
All sales of digital products are final. Please see the Refund and Returns Policy for full detail, including your right of withdrawal under EU law and the free session available before purchase.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, design, methodology, prompts, and audit frameworks, is owned by Signe Agency. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without written permission.
Audit tool
The free audit is provided for informational purposes. Results are generated automatically and reflect publicly available data at the time of the scan. Signe Agency is not liable for decisions made based on audit results.
Limitation of liability
Signe Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site, its tools, or its products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Porto, Portugal.
